On day 3 of Ohio I hung out with Kennelly's training team.. (850+ benchers.)
Picture With Ryan Kennelly supporting Critical Bench. We watched the ANIMAL CAGE (People lifting,) and kennelly and I also talked a lot about the UFC...
This is fitness model Michelle Bishop. I told her that i was going to put her on my shoulders for a photo shoot... she agreed to it, but some woman working the booth said, "Michelle is here to work, not to play." so i didnt put her on my shoulders.
Ok, so now it was time for the squat contest.
Amanda Harris broke a record. She squatted almost 400lbs in a suit, at 115lbs at 15! she also did this with a fever!!
As for the energy of the squat meet, i felt energy since i was into it and the music was loud. EUPHORIA was in the air!
After the squat contest I socialized with a few more bodybuilders.

Could this be the biggest man at the Arnold 2007 Weekend? Quincy Taylor is huge!
My favorite pic from the Arnold. This is powerlifter Mike Wolfe showing is accomplishments
at this year's competition. His Critical Bench interview is the longest ever.

My friend Bill & I completely wiped out at the end of the weekend.
Ohio was cool this year because there werent really any low points..Last year I was constantly in chaos.. I didnt know anyone, and i was trying to do business like crazy.. I also had to wait in lines before doing things and this year I didnt because Bill and I knew what to do. We KNEW "Not to get to Ohio," as soon as the place first started to open, but to get there an hour late to avoid any potential lines...
We knew to avoid the club scene at night so we'd have energy during the day... We knew how to manage time and I had contacts and everything planned so i didnt have to look for people or meet people by coincidence..everything was planned out..
Last year i might have had more amazing highs because it was my first time being in a such a place, but this year everything was smooth, balanced, and happy as last year had its frustrations..
Also last year I got in more trouble.. some guy got pissed at me, I got high on energy drinks, and I was more out of control.. this year i behaved myself better, didnt GET HIGH on supplements and I made smarter decisions even if the stories arent as extreme.
Until next year! Ben Tatar
