Ben Tatar Author for Critical Bench Ben Tatar was making headlines in magazines and in online magazines ever since he was 17 years old. Ben is a writer and reporter for www.criticalbench.com. As a reporter Ben has interviewed hundreds of the best powerlifters, World's Strongest Man Competitors, full contact fighters, WWE Wrestlers, bodybuilders and pro athletes in the World. Ben has also written many articles covering many different aspects of training. What makes Ben's writing stand out is his unique point of view, his open mindedness to different training philosophies and his overall passion for what he does. Ben has been published in Monster muscle Magazine and Iron Man Magazine on numerous occasions, including interviewing the legend Dave Draper.

Ben Tatar has experience in powerlifting, coaching, training with Division 1 athletes, and competing in strongman competitions. Ben has half squatted 730lbs and has bench pressed 450lbs. During Ben's free time he enjoys traveling, talking to his friends, playing sports or doing anything active.
