Directions
Simply add all the ingredients to blender and blend thoroughly for around 30 seconds.
This home made MRP, is superior to the maltodextrin filled off the shelf MRP's and has the distinct advantage
of being highly adjustable depending on your current diet and/or macronutrient requirements.
The addition of a banana adds additional carbs and texture if required.
