Benfatto Nutrition was formed in 2007 by friends Francis Benfatto and Peter Elwell. Our mission is simply to bring the highest quality nutritional supplements to serious trainers and to educate the public about Francis’ training and nutritional knowledge.
Francis has been bodybuilding for over thirty years. He also competed in over a dozen professional bodybuilding competitions and has appeared on over twenty-five magazine covers. Due to his aesthetic looking physique, he was under contract with Joe Weider and currently writes for Bodybuilding.com and several other bodybuilding and fitness magazines.
