822 Grams stewed cajun tomatoes
1 Cup tomato sauce (Hunt's)
4 Oz Old El Paso green chillies chopped
1 Raw onion, medium size
24 Oz pre cooked extra lean 4% fat ground beef
60 Grams chili seasoning (Lawry's)
1/4 Tsp cumin seed
1/4 Tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
In large sauce pan combine all ingredients.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot with shredded cheese.
