Mike Francois, a former National Champion and Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic Champion, is a Certified Personal Trainer and IFBB Professional known throughout the world for his expertise in the areas of weight training and nutrition. His company, Francois Fitness Consultants, specializes in the design of customized programs for people of all fitness levels including professional athletes, bodybuilders, executives, physicians, retirees, and housewives.
Mike's vast knowledge extends far beyond his first-hand experience with weight training and nutrition. He has also had the privilege to work with - and learn from - some of the best minds in the field.
Mike has written numerous articles on the subjects of weight training and nutrition that have been published in various magazines including Muscle & Fitness and Flex. He has also been the host of ESPN's American Muscle Magazine.
Additionally, Mike promotes the annual NPC Mike Francois Classic Bodybuilding and Figure Championships held in Ohio each May.
