Mark Strasser, CSCS Biography
Mark Strasser is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that has coached various athletes from the high school level to the professional level. He holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. Mark was a professional strength and speed coach in Europe. He was an Academic All-American at Central Connecticut where he was the co-captain of the Blue Devils football team.
He now focuses on training high school student-athletes in various sports. His previous experience includes serving as a strength and conditioning coach for the Minnesota Twins Organization. He has extensive background in speed technique, speed workouts, strength training, Olympic lifts, as well as sports conditioning programs. Strasser is a recognized author and owner of Strength-Conditioning.net.
