About Jared Bachmeier
My name is Jared Bachmeier. I was born and grew up in Spokane WA. At 25 i moved to Reno, NV where i live and train now. I have been lifting on and off since i was in high school.
I started competing in powerlifting in 2003. I hold several WA state bench press records as well as Nevada state records now as well. I started competing in the 198lb class. I now compete in the 220 and 242 classes. Right now I compete only in the bench press, I plan to start competing in full meets doing all three lifts.
I enjoy cars. Working on them and driving them. I am into drag racing and car audio. I enjoy spending as much time with my family as I can. I have a great fiance Holly and a little boy named Landon. I am really into my training.
I love trying new things and pushing my body to its limits and trying to move the most weight humanly possible. I enjoy training people and seeing them make gains as well as seeing the gains i make personally. There is nothing better than busting your butt and seeing huge pr's from your hard work or seeing your training partners improve as well.
I enjoy and dont mind helping people with their lifts. I know lifting and the bench press very well. And i can usually offer quite a bit of help with form and technique. As well as setting up routines and work out plans to help someone get the most out of their workouts. Always feel free to email me with any questions and follow my log in the training forum here on the critical bench forum.
