"The heavier the weights start gettng the harder it seems to make gains. I ran inoto this Program from Critical Bench and figured it was worth a try. My max jumped forty pounds and I got that much closer to my ultimate goal of 600 lbs. I'm an experienced weight lifter and I know how to increase my strength, trust me when I tell you sometimes just trying something new makes all the difference."

"I couldn't have made these incredible gains without the Critical Bench Program. I had tried everything and was begining to beleive that 465 was all a 210 lb man could push. I recommend the program for anyone trying to build muscle and strength to compete in a competitive sport or build an all around hard body."
Harry is a tremendous inspiration to all of us. He mastered a 580 bench after recovering from a terrible car accident. Harry enjoys helping our youth athletes as a personal
trainer and motivational speaker for high school football teams. Feel free to e-mail him at: sales@bigironbodybuilding.com .

"When I started you program I was struggling to get past 475. I was constantly dieting to stay in the 165 division. Since your program I am now up to 530 and improving. I have moved to the 181 division and am trying to get the world record of 570. Hopefully I will continue the great gains."
I am 39 years old and turn 40 in October. I stand 5' 8" and I weigh 205lbs. I am happily married with 2 daughters which are 16 years old and 6 years old. Before my career started at Foot Locker, INC I was studying to become a personal trainer through ISSA but found the two jobs to be a little too demanding along with my family. I still consult and actively build individual fitness programs but doubt I'll ever be able to do it full time because of the lack of money in fitness in Kansas. About 8 years ago I won the first and only Geary County Bench Press competition hitting 405lbs and weighing 180lbs. I first got involved with Critical Bench when I went to the 2001 Mr. Olympia and I've been an active supporter every since. You have written the bible of bench press and anyone wanting to break records whether or not it's their own or a world record would be stupid if they didn't involve Critical Bench. I sent several pictures because I wasn't sure what you needed but would prefer to use something with a full face shot so my supporters know its me. If anyone ever gets out this way I would be happy to work out with you or have you as a witness. I hope to hit 585 by the end of the year but we'll see. Thanks for all your help and be sure to look for me to join DJ Jones, Harry Woods, Kent Spires and Nick Griffin when we hit the 600lb club. If you have any questions please let me know. My work email is bmanlove at footlocker.com and this one is bmfitness68 at yahoo.com. Remember, train like a freak.

DJ is the first person to graduate from our 400 lb club and advance to the 500 club. His bench just keeps rising and rising. Look for him to be an up and coming competitor. Read his other
