It was then time to meet the Olympia Bench Press King, Joe Mazza! Joe was amazing as he is not just the best "shirt" bencher in the world for his size, but he is also the best "raw" bench presser. I asked him questions about his RAW lifting and training compared to his shirt training. I went into real specific detail and he answered every question I asked well. Whether you like RAW, shirt, or both, Joe Mazza seems to be evolving the sport and taking the bench press to a whole new level in both ways.
Then I talked to UFC Fighter Keith Hector Jardine! Keith just defeated Forrest Griffin and Chuck Liddell.
I liked talking to people I know but got my picture taken with some other bodybuilders & models.
Well, there weren't any heavy display weights for me pick up and slam but there were plenty of models to pick upside down and to ride my back around the Expo!
I love my life.
Than I started goofing around with powerlifter/bodybuilder, writer and friend, Rob Carbo and took a pic with Gina Ostarly.
