If you're looking for a traditional step workout, this isn't it. You should try someone like Jenny Ford. But if you are looking for a decent circuit training workout that uses a stepper to intensify the workout, this is it. In my younger days, I was able to do Beachbody workouts like TurboFire, Insanity, and P90X. But in my late 40s, my body can't take all the plyometrics, so I've been looking for something that works my muscles but doesn't kill my body. This gets me a good sweat, works my muscles without hurting my joints, and I can see results. It's not the most exciting workout in the world, and yes, if you only do one of the three rounds, you will find it pretty easy. But if you do all three rounds, you will challenge your muscles and burn fat. As a disclaimer, I shorten the intervals in between each exercise from 30 seconds to 20 seconds, and I also shorten the length of time between rounds from 90 seconds to around 45 seconds. So it's a little more intense.

Love that this video is on prime! I have a stepper at home and enjoy doing these videos a couple times a week. Sometimes I used it before I do my yoga and other times I do these videos by themselves. They are challenging enough to get my heart rate up and make me sweat. Thank you very much! They are awesome!
