Proper Exercise Technique
Begin exercise by standing with the medicine ball over head. Your next motion will be to bend at the elbow, bringing the ball down behind your neck. Be careful not to move your shoulders, as the isolated motion of moving only the elbows is what targets the triceps. Also, control the motion as to not hit the back of the neck.
