Proper Exercise Technique



While standing with a shoulder width stance, take a medicine ball and press it overhead. Hold it over your right shoulder do a cross body diagonal chopping motion and then bring the ball up to the left shoulder and perform another cross body diagonal chopping motion and bring up to the right shoulder again. That is one repetition. To increase the difficulty of this exercise you can use a tornado ball or heavier medicine balls.
