Place one hand on top of the medicine ball, with the other to the side on the floor in a push-up position. Most of your weight will be on the elevated hand that is placed on the medicine ball. From the bottom of a push-up, explode – while in the air, switch hands that are placed on the medicine ball. For an easier method simply complete the push-up as described, but instead of switching hands in the air, roll the ball to the other hand.
