Proper Exercise Technique
Start off kneeling with a medicine ball in your hands at chest level. Explosively throw the ball out in front of you to either a partner or a wall and as the ball leaves you fall forward and catch yourself in the pushup position. Lower yourself to the floor. Pause and explosively push up and bring yourself up to the starting position (kneeling).
There are a few variations of these. To make the exercise harder you can start with the ball overhead. This will bring the lats and triceps more into the exercise.
