Hold dumbbells at sides as the pictures demonstrate. Raise straight right arm keeping palm turned in. The dumbbell
should be raised to shoulder height. While exhaling slowly lower the weight. Alternate arms. Important Note:
Make sure dumbbell is facing "up" at the top of the movement.
